Old customer can ring us in office hour or fax to us with your customer code and the product that you would like to order.

  • A8. Customer should not place the water dispenser and water bottle near any electrical product, or on top of wood board floor and carpet. We will not bear any lost that cause by the water dispenser or water bottle leaking.

  • A9. 5 gallon and 3 gallon water bottle are both $40.

  • A10. If you want to refund the bond of the bottle, please bring with the latest receipt to us within five months.
