• A1. If you would like to make an order, new customer can make a call to us in office hour or fax to us with your name, contact number, address and the product that you would like to order. Old customer can ring us in office hour or fax to us with your customer code and the product that you would like to order.

• A2. You can normally look at the delivery time table that we post on the website, but before and after public holiday we will have different arrangement for delivery. (Delivery service for customer in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territory only)

• A3. All of our pure mineralized water is made in our Fan Ling depot, 100% made in Hong Kong.

• A4. Pure mineralized water produced by modern technology to filtrate the impure matter from water without losing the good mineral.

• A5. Unfortunately, our company doesn't sell hand carry size pure mineralized water at current period.

• A6. We recommend our customer to sterilize their water dispenser once every year.

• A7. You can pay by cash, cheque, and coupon ticket or pay in our bank account.

• A8. Customer should not place the water dispenser and water bottle near any electrical product, or on top of wood board floor and carpet. We will not bear any lost that cause by the water dispenser or water bottle leaking.

• A9. 5 gallon and 3 gallon water bottle are both $40.

• A10. If you want to refund the bond of the bottle, please bring with the latest receipt to us within five months.

• A11. We will charge for the maintain service after the warrant have expired.

• A12. If you have shift or change the contact number, please contact with us as soon as you can.
